Adding a First Class Signature to your Emails

Adding a Signature Line
  • Roll cursor over FirstClass and select 'Preferences' (on a PC 'Preferences will be found under edit)

  • Select the 'Messaging' Tab
  • Select 'Initial Content' Tab

  • Click 'Add default signature to all new messages'  (this will add your signature to all new messages)
  • Click 'Use Replay with Quote for all reply types' (when replying this will copy what was emailed to you originally)
  • In the text box type in
    • First Name Last Name
    • Position
    • Phone
    • Address
    • Website

  • Can change the font, font size, color, and position
  • Click 'Apply'
  • Click 'OK'
